Johnny came out yesterday. Called first. On time. Very polite and respectful. Explained everything thoroughly. Had to come back today. Again on time and fixed everything. Ran into a small problem and fixed that as well. Will definitely request Johnny again for any AC needs. As to why my fan motor burnt out in less than two years, that’s another story. I’m definitely not happy about that. Never had that happen????

For this commercial customer in Miramar, we were called onsite for an AC leaking. After we ran a full diagnostic of the system, we discovered that the leak was not coming from the AC but it was coming from a sewage line over the women's bathroom.
For this commercial customer in Hollywood, our technician performed some much needed AC repair after discovering some issue during their preventative maintenance. This customer also inquired about an Indoor Air Quality product including things like air filters that help prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria.
For this residential customer in Miramar, we arrived at a system that isn’t cooling, after our technician ran a full diagnostic of the system he discovered that there were some things needed to get this YORK system back up and running. This includes a new compressor, contactor and capacitor. This customer has a 10 year parts and labor warranty, making this service visit at no cost to the customer.
We arrived to a system not cooling, after our technician is onsite we discovered that there was an issue with the compressor. Once that AC repair was performed the system is back to cooling.
We arrived to this commercial customer in Miramar to install a low profile condensate pump. This AC repair was discovered during our scheduled maintenance on the systems in this facility. This was a preventative measure to avoid an AC breakdown.

After our technician ran a full diagnostic of this system in Miramar to find that the condensate pump was not secured and it fell from the wall. After we fixed the pump and the drain line, the system is back to functioning. We recommend replacing it with a low profile pump to allow more space between the pump and the ceiling tile.

This unit was not cooling, after an inspection of the system the condenser fan motor was faulty. We replaced this motor which is an essential part of cooling the condenser coil. The condenser fan motor powers the fan that blows air across the condenser coil, where it cools the refrigerant from a hot gas into a liquid.
