On site, we Cleared the drain lines, cleared the drain pans, added gel tabs, and changed the filter that the customer provided. We also sterilized the system with self rinsing chemicals. Since the unit was not cooling, we inspected the power source and concluded that the contactor needed to be replaced which allowed power to follow undisrupted through the unit. The condenser coil was not being cooled so we also replaced the condenser fan motor which restored the fan that blows air across the condenser coil, where it cools the refrigerant from a hot gas into a liquid.
