We just installed a brand new Trane 15 ton packaged air conditioning system. Our customers are so excited to have cooling comfort again!! They will save a lot on their electric bill too!! They have a maintenance plan with us to ensure the new unit will work optimally and last longer.
On this commercial install, we furnished, installed and serviced a Trane 25 ton split system that serves the east and west side of the theater. We needed to enlarge the fresh air openings currently in the exterior walls of each loft area. New air grills will fit the larger openings and new controls (thermostats and motor starters for the air handler) that will help prevent water leaking down to the rooms below. Condensate safety switch will be added for further protection form leaks. New thermostats will have WiFi capability so customer can view and change settings via smart phone, tablet, or desktop. New condensing units will be secured to concrete with hurricane rated hardware.
