Your next day replacement of our entire system, with a high efficiency system from RUUD was great! You replaced existing system with 4 ton high-efficiency system. My wife and I love how quiet the variable speed air handler is. We were also pleasantly surprised how affordable the system replacement was, considering the FP&L rebate AND the $1,000 rebate from RUUD.

They arranged an appointment over the weekend for us!
I requested GMC for service on my year old AC because it had stopped working for the third time in 4 months. The previous two companies (including the ones who installed it) apparently had not done the work properly. GMC was able to arrange an appointment over the weekend. James was on time, professional and courteous and took the time to check for the issue. It seemed that the AC was clogged with calcified material which the previous two companies had completely missed. He showed me the blockage and explained the necessary service to keep the unit in good working order. The costs were fair and explained to me so I knew that they weren't charging me what they felt I would pay or what they could get out of me. I'm very glad that I called GMC and am very satisfied with their service. I recommend getting the service contract with them if you can.

We called the night our AC unit stopped working and the company sent out a worker the very next day. The serviceman who helped us (Jonathan)was very knowledgeable in his field and extremely polite. We're very satisfied.
